

Good Morning Yoga is a hatha-based yoga class designed to help you start the week feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready for whatever lies ahead. This steady, intentional practice focuses on mindful movement, gentle strengthening, and spacious stretching to wake up the body and calm the mind. Expect a balanced blend of standing and floor postures held with awareness, allowing time to build stability, improve mobility, and connect to your breath. The pace is unhurried and accessible, making it a supportive option for all levels. This class is an invitation to tune in and move with purpose. Come as you are, roll out your mat, and begin your week feeling centered, clear, and aligned.
Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time. The studio doors will close as soon as class begins. We have mats, bolsters, blocks and straps available in-studio. You are welcome to bring your own, or any additional props you like to have for practice (ie. blankets, cushions, etc.)
