About the Class

Pilates focuses on realigning the body using functional movement & progressive exercises (skills that you can build on) to help activate your muscles, develop your body awareness, and improve your posture in safe and functional ways.    In this class, exercises are performed on a mat using body weight, often combined with small props like resistance bands, balls, or light weights to add variety and challenge. Movements are slow and controlled, emphasizing alignment, breathing, and precise muscle engagement. It's a full-body workout focused on building core strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. Intended for All Levels  

Special Instructions

Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time. The studio doors will close as soon as class begins. We have mats, bolsters, blocks and straps available in-studio. You are welcome to bring your own, or any additional props you like to have for practice (ie. blankets, cushions, etc.)
