Find some Calm with the style of Gentle Hatha Yoga, moving mindfully from pose to pose while breathing deeply Who would benefit most from this class: This is a class that we recommend for Beginners, but is enjoyed by all levels.  It is great for persons who need a change of pace, or find they sit or stand too long in one position. Or persons who wish to lovingly connect with their own bodies for healing and restoration.   Intended benefits of this class: Mobility. Connection. Calmness. Stress release. Better sleep. Sense of ease.    

Special Instructions

Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time. The studio doors will close as soon as class begins. We have mats, bolsters, blocks and straps available in-studio. You are welcome to bring your own, or any additional props you like to have for practice (ie. blankets, cushions, etc.)
