About the Class

This practice is intended to help create a cozy reset at the end of each week. Utilizing Prana, our breath, and mindful movement to centre and balance. We will begin slowly, moving the spine in the four directions of the Earth, practice Pranayama, and then build warmth with sun salutations and the cozy reset flow to settle into Savasana. Use this practice for support even after you step off the mat.
