This 60 minute gentle stretch release class is designed specifically to unwind on your backs or seated after a long day of work or excerise. The first 40 min of the class focuses on soft movements coupled with stretches to release any tensions from the day (mostly lying on your backs). The class then shifts focus to BEING instead of doing for the last 20 minutes. You will use props to support the body in positions of ease and comfort to facilitate relaxation allowing you to be open to RECEIVE. This class will unwind your mind and body and prepare you for a restful sleep. Dress as you wish, in warm jogging pants and other comfy layered clothes. All levels. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel prior to 24 hours before the start of your class, the class will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 24 hours of your class, your class will NOT be credited back to your account.
