

A 60 minute yoga class designed for those who have injuries/aches, or want a slow, thoughtful pace that allows a deep connection with one’s body and inner self through a sequence of gentle movements. This class introduces foundational postures with the aid of bolsters, straps, and blocks as props to ensure stability and proper alignment. We will move, stretch and relax those tight areas, benefiting not only your hips but your back as well. It is a well-balanced class that will rejuvenate your body in a pace that suits your needs. This class is suitable for all levels. And of course - all ages.
Please bring a pillowcase to cover the bolsters we provide! Dress warm and comfortably. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel prior to 24 hours before the start of your class, the class will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 24 hours of your class, your class will NOT be credited back to your account.
