This serene sanctuary—complete with soaring ceilings, screened-in comfort, and the soothing sounds of nature—invites you to fully unwind. This immersive experience blends the healing essence of forest bathing, the resonance of therapeutic sound vibrations, and the gentle power of restorative postures and mending movements—with a few magical touches, Vicki Tree Style. Guided through ten deeply nurturing postures with soft movement, you'll be enveloped in a full sound immersion designed to relax your body and calm your mind.
