I'd been thinking about restarting my yoga practice when I found myself in front of Shift Yoga on Quebec Street, run by local co-owners Haley & Nathan. Their studio is a perfect small space with lovely teachers. I've checked out personal fitness and several yoga classes through their cheap 2-week intro package. The classes and instructors are varied and all are lovely. There is no demand to perform - classes feel safe and as I feel fantastic - just signed up for a year.
