Wendy came to yoga over 17+ years ago when she was expecting her second child. It was suggested to her by her doctors that she try it. Little did Wendy know it would become a huge part of her life. Yoga has taught Wendy so many wonderful things. It has shown her how to be more calm and patient. Both great things when you are a stay at home mom of two very busy boys. Yoga has also taught Wendy to live more in the present moment, not the past or future. She loves how yoga has made her feel incredibly connected with the world and people around her.Wendy completed her training locally, where her passion for yoga only continued to grow. She is so pleased that she can now share her incredible love of yoga with anyone who will listen, feeling that yoga is gift to share with others.Wendy’s goal as a yoga instructor is to teach in a fun and inspirational environment, while focusing on body alignment and technique. She aims to expand her students yoga practice and give them an opportunity to explore their body, mind and spirit.
