About the Event

Never practiced yoga before? This 4 week series is designed specifically for the absolute beginner or anyone wanting a step-by-step review of the basics. In just 4 short weeks, you will walk away with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of yoga, breathing, and alignment. Upon completion you will have enough knowledge to be comfortable walking into any of our KIND Yoga classes  

Special Instructions

What to Bring: Yoga mat, water, and extra layers or a blanket during cooler weather. Note: We are an off-the-grid facility and do not have access to potable drinking water. Arrival Time & Walk: All first-time students must arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time. This is mandatory, as your instructor will meet you in the parking lot and escort you on the 7-minute walk from the parking area to the greenhouse studio. Punctuality is important. The instructor will not wait past the designated meeting time, and latecomers will not be permitted to join the session. Please dress appropriately for the weather for your walk to the greenhouse. Parking:  Parking is located in the Market Overflow Parking area, directly to your right in the field immediately after entering the driveway. Please be respectful of our farm market staff and do not use the market parking lot.  Please come to class dressed and ready to practice, as there are no change rooms on site. A clean, well-maintained porta-potty is located near the studio for your convenience.
