About the Class

Karma Classes (Free – No Pass Required) Our Karma Classes are free, community-style classes led by our amazing new teachers who have just completed their 200hr YTT. Each class is an opportunity for our students to gain experience and grow in confidence as they practice teaching a variety of yoga styles. These classes will rotate through different formats (Slow flow, Vinyasa flow, Power flow, Slow stretch, Gentle Yoga, Deep stretch, Yin /  Restore and Hot Stone Restorative), with the specific style posted weekly in the class title. All are welcome—no pass or membership needed. Your presence and feedback are deeply appreciated and help support the growth of our future teachers! Come as you are, and help us foster a supportive learning environment.
