About the Class

Unheated - Class Held in FRONT Studio space - This class is designed for those who are new (or experienced) to yoga, recovering from an injury, or looking for a slower-paced practice. A“Gentler” Yoga class. We will begin with some gentle breathing exercises to help calm the mind and bring awareness to the body. We will then move into simple seated stretches to warm up the body and prepare it for the rest of the practice. During the main portion of the class, we will move through a series of mostly floorbased gentle yoga poses that are designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength, while also promoting relaxation and stress relief. These poses can be modified to accommodate any physical limitations or injuries you may have. Throughout the class, you are encouraged to move at your own pace and listen to your body's needs. Remember, yoga is a journey and there is no need to force yourself into any pose that doesn't feel comfortable. No pror expierience needed!
