Rosie is a 500- HOUR Certified Yoga Teacher who loves sharing her playful balanced teaching style! Her teaching method creates a deeper practice of awareness and vitality while integrating the body, mind, heart, and spirit. Rosie's journey of Health and Wellness is vast, spanning over Twenty years, during which time she became Certified in multiple styles of yoga including: Hatha Yoga 200- HOUR Teacher Training influenced by Anusara Yoga’s Universal Principles and therapeutic instruction, 300- HOUR Classical Vinyasa and Yogic Philosophy Yoga Teacher Training, 200-HOUR Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training w/SRI YOGA ASHRAM in India and a 200-HOUR Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training under the guidance and teachings of Guru Singh.
