About the Class

Join us for a 45-minute fun, fast-paced, high-energy, low full-body workout that utilizes Pilates principles to build tight,, and lean muscles. This class incorporates bands and medium hand weights to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your arms, legs, and shoulders through high-repetition movements. With High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), you'll burn calories while improving cardiovascular endurance and heart health. This challenging, motivating, and results-driven class welcomes beginners and takes place in a medium heated room!  

Special Instructions

To ensure a smooth start to your class, please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Wear appropriate workout attire that is comfortable and suitable for movement. Remember to bring your yoga mat, towel, and a water bottle to stay hydrated. Dumbbells and bands will be available for use during the class, with guidance from the instructor. Please note that latecomers will not be permitted to join the class once it has started.
