Eight Limbs Yoga
After years battling postpartum and major depression Jenn turned to yoga in an effort to find inner peace and quiet at the suggestion of her therapist. She began attending classes at local studios choosing gentle and restorative classes. In the quiet, dimly lit room the healing began. A regular practice invited many hours and opportunity to sit and turn inwards. Jenn was drawn to the idea of teaching in hopes of inspiring clients of all shapes and sizes to discover that yoga is for everyone. Jenn completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2020 and her 500 hour training in June 2021. Jenn teaches from a trauma aware, body positive heart space. She loves to experiment with props and you can almost always expect a giggle (or two)!
