Kids Yoga

In our prenatal yoga class, you'll explore gentle movements and poses tailored to support and nurture your changing body during pregnancy. We'll focus on breathing techniques, relaxation, and stretches that alleviate common discomforts and enhance overall well-being. This class is designed to promote strength, flexibility, and relaxation, while also fostering a deeper connection with your baby. Prenatal Yoga - Semi-Private

In our postnatal yoga class, we'll guide you through exercises and stretches that help restore strength and flexibility while addressing the unique needs of your post-birth body. Emphasis is placed on gentle core rebuilding, pelvic floor strengthening, and relaxation techniques to support recovery and relieve stress.

This class also provides a nurturing space to connect with other new mothers and find balance during this transformative period. Join us to rejuvenate, both physically and mentally, as you embrace motherhood.

Mama Baby Yoga

Start your day with a refreshing 30-minute early morning yoga class designed to energize and center you. Begin with invigorating breathwork to cleanse, energize and activate your metabolism for the day. Flow seamlessly into a series of Sun Salutations to awaken your body and invigorate your spirit. Transition to svansana to relax, ease any tension and prepare your mind for stillness. Conclude with calming breathwork and a short meditation to foster inner peace and clarity, leaving you revitalized and ready to embrace the day ahead.

Rise and Shine Yoga

In this trial class, we'll focus on setting meaningful intentions to guide our practice. We'll integrate breathwork techniques to enhance our awareness and calm our minds. The session will include a variety of yoga poses designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance. We’ll conclude with relaxation and meditation to deepen our sense of inner peace and mindfulness.
