We'll focus on breathing techniques, relaxation, and stretches that alleviate common discomforts and enhance overall well-being. This class is designed to promote strength, flexibility, and relaxation, while also fostering a deeper connection with your baby. Join us to experience a supportive and soothing environment as you prepare for childbirth and motherhood.

Special Instructions

Please wear confortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat, blanket, bolster/cushion and yoga strap/long scarf or towel.   For this virtual class, please position your camera so that it captures your entire body both standing and lying on the yoga mat. This will help ensure that we can see your alignment and form accurately throughout the session. Make sure the camera angle allows us to observe your movements from head to toe.
