Maria Rondon is a well versed Yogini born and raised in Sarnia, Ontario. Throughout her childhood and adolescence she devoted time to competitive dance with the Shirley Schram School of Dance, the Bluewater competitive Dance team and St Clair Youth Ballet. When she left for her studies at the University of Ottawa for Journalism she discovered the healing powers of Yoga. She has since then devoted 16 years to her practice with over 8 years of experience teaching in Ottawa, Toronto and Sarnia, ON. She completed her training in 2012 at Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India where Yoga was born. Her classes bring a wide variety of movement and expression with imaginative sequences matched with playlist to spark ultimate connection of mind, body and soul. She has now returned to Sarnia after 8 years of travelling the world as a flight attendant and looks forward to returning to her mat as an instructor. Be ready to laugh, cry, move and release a new level of mindfulness you’ve yet to try!
