About the Class

To all participants: Classpass, Groupon and all “active” Hot Yoga Wellness members will pay a $12 surcharge at Reception. (All others will pay $30-Drop-in fee). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Please note, this is not a yoga class. The infrared bed and ball provides gentle, therapeutic heat that penetrates deeply to relax muscles, improve circulation, and promote overall wellness. It's like a warm hug for your body, helping to reduce stress, ease tension, and it will leave you feeling revitalized in just one session. (If you have serious health issue or pregnant, please consult your doctor first!)
