The use of quality essential oils and Skin Essence Organics,
helps to bring out your natural glow, detox your skin, as well as
promote relaxation. This service includes a double cleansing,
steam, facial acupressure, massage and hydration of the skin.
Nearing the end of the massage the client then receives and
under-eye mask. While the mask sits, the client receives either a
20 minute Indian Head Massage or Foot Massage.

We offer hot yoga, reduced heat and non-heated yoga as well as
barre and pilates classes. No matter what your skill level, you
have come to the right place to practice yoga and fitness. Our
