About the Class

Start your day by focusing on your body, mind and breathing. This class will start with functional movement and stretching to warm up the joints and muscles. From there, we will move to more challenging movements, linking postures with breath and working up a good, morning sweat.  After cool-down, class will end with a short savasana so you leave feeling focused, aware and ready for your day. Some basic knowledge of yoga poses is recommended for this class.
