Join us for simple, supportive flows designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and gain confidence on your mat. We’ll explore the foundations of yoga—breaking down key poses, learning proper alignment, and diving into the why behind the practice. No experience needed—just curiosity and an open heart. A safe, welcoming space to move, breathe, and begin.

Special Instructions

We have yoga mats and props for you to use, but if you have a mat, please feel free to bring one. Bring some water, and wear something comfortable you can move in.
