Our TRX class is a full body conditioning workout utlizing the TRX suspension trainer. This class will develop strength, cardio fitness, balance and core simultaneously. The suspension trainer system leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform multiple full body exercises. You will be in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
