About the Class

This class is suitable for all including; people new to Yoga, returning from time away or recovering from injury.  A class experience of two different energies, Yin and Yang. We will tap into our Yang energy to start the class as we welcome vitality and heat to our body and breath. We will achieve this through Yoga flows and energetic movements. Our Yin energy is cool and calm which invites us to rest as we enter the second half of our class. Most Yin postures are executed on the floor and held for minutes rather than breaths. As the body temperature cools, the heart rate lowers and we can enter a state of quiescence.
