Yogalates draws inspiration from both Yoga and Pilates. A unique fusion! During this class we will focus on posture, alignment, core and functional movement all while using breath to guide us. Movements may be standing or floor based and are multi-faceted with options to suit you. Props are sometimes used to aid in movement quality and muscular release. This class is recommended for newcomers to fitness, returning from injury and anyone who wishes to improve their movement quality and body awareness.
