About the Class

Keeping it simple, strong & effective. Expect sets, reps & tempo as you work through different muscle groups and movements for the entire body. To build strength, stability & improved functionality, we will use different forms of equipment, handweights, resistance bands, kettlebells & body weight.  Dumbbells and/or kettlebells and/or resistance band required. (Other forms of safe weight/household item can be utilized)
