Pilates Core

About the Class

This Pilates Core class will focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Students learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. No previous Pilates experience is necessary to join our Pilates Core mat classes.

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY OF THESE SYMPTOMS PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND OUR IN-PERSON CLASSES.  - fever (+100.4F) and/or chills - cough or barking cough (croup) - shortness of breath - sore throat - difficulty swallowing - nasal congestion/runny nose - decreased or loss of taste or smell - Pink eye - headache - digestive issues, pain, nausea, vomiting and/or diarrhea - muscle aches/joint pain - extreme tiredness - falling down often WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLIENTS REGISTER FOR CLASSES USING OUR WELLNESSLIVING SOFTWARE DUE TO OUR REDUCED CAPACITY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT
