About the Class

Discover your foundation and elevate your practice with our “Root to Rise” class. This thoughtfully designed flow begins with gentle stretches to awaken the body and calm the mind. It then transitions into a dynamic sequence of poses. Throughout the flow, we will incorporate intentional static holds of five breaths, allowing you to deepen your connection to each posture while building strength, stability, and focus. The class culminates in a fun and empowering peak pose before winding down with gentle stretches, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, “Root to Rise” invites you to cultivate balance, inner strength, and a deeper sense of self-awareness.
