

Move better, feel stronger. Yoga Strong is a prop-based class focused on building core strength, activating underused muscles, and releasing tension. With blocks, straps, and mindful movement, you'll improve your body's balance and ease of motion. The class combines stability exercises, supported stretches, and intentional sequencing for a well-rounded class.
