Our commitment to adapting Yoga to ALL bodies is strong. Yoga has become synonymous with health and well-being. It’s my mission to ensure that all students can create a strong, sustainable practice, especially if they need a bit of adaptation. Our upcoming Chair Yoga Session is for students who can’t, shouldn’t or just don’t like to get down on the floor and back. Each week will be a little bit different. Students will have the opportunity to include some light weights into the class to build strength.
