About the Class

Take an hour to pause, breathe, and deeply nurture your body and mind.   This gentle, passive practice is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Using props to fully support the body, you’ll settle into longer-held poses that encourage deep breathing, release tension, and activate the body’s natural relaxation response.   Restorative yoga is designed to quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and leave you feeling calm, refreshed, and restored. It’s a perfect way to slow down, recharge, and care for yourself amidst the busyness of life.

Special Instructions

Bring along a yoga mat and some water, and dress in something comfy you can move in. All props are provided, and a few mats are available to borrow if you need one.   Additional parking is available at the rear entrance of the building.    Most importantly, just come as you are—we’re so glad to share this time with you.
