About the Class

The Essential+ Reformer (PR) class is a step up from Essential reformer and involves performing toning and strengthening pilates exercises on a moving platform with adjustable springs to provide the ultimate full body resistance workout. The reformer machine helps you create long, lean muscles and is great for dancers, runners, golfers as well as people rehabilitating from injuries. You are required to attend the eight week Intro Reformer class and Essential Reformer class before attending any Essential Reformer+ classes.
