About the Class

Yin yoga is the practice of holding poses (mainly floor based and lower body-centred) for extended periods of time. This practice is one with the objective of getting intensely into the deeper, connective tissues – the fascia of the body. Yin enhances circulation, improves joint mobility and encourages a balanced state of relaxation. Warm yin is the same practice as Hot Yin, set in 75-85 degrees.
