About the Class

Open to all levels, this 1hr Restorative Sound Bath & Meditation will have you immerse yourself into absolute zen and relaxation through restorative yoga postures, live music and vocal release. Surrender and melt away as the soft sounds wrap around you creating a safe and deep space to go inward. Dress comfortably, but loosely as the room will have gentle warmth. Props are provided, bring your own yoga mat. Typically offered every last Friday of the month. This class is not included in any monthly memberships or class packs. $20+hst

LATE CANCELLATION OR NO-SHOW FEE: $15 late cancellation, $25 no show - if you are no longer able to attend class, please ensure to cancel your booking. Failure to do so will result in a single class charge. Our late cancellation policy is 3-hours prior to class. STRICT NO LATE ENTRY POLICY - once the Instructor has started class, LATE ENTRY IS NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARRIVE 15MIN PRIOR TO CLASS. Mat rentals will be available for this class. Be sure to bring a water bottle and face towel.
