About the Class

A hybrid class that blends our slow burn structure with a yin inspired stretch to end the class. Slow Burn is a vinyasa based flow where the Instructor will guide you through three sequences. Each sequence is repeated for two rounds. The first round is all about building strong foundations and alignment, while the second round aims to connect breath with movement. The yin portion of class allows the body to settle into deeper stretches after already having warmed up. This class is the perfect combination of challening and calming. It's excellent way to end your day.

LATE CANCELLATION OR NO-SHOW FEE: $15 late cancellation, $25 no show - if you are no longer able to attend class, please ensure to cancel your booking. Failure to do so will result in a single class charge. Our late cancellation policy is 3-hours prior to class. STRICT NO LATE ENTRY POLICY - once the Instructor has started class, LATE ENTRY IS NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARRIVE 15MIN PRIOR TO CLASS.  Some music played during class may contain explicit language. Music is at times, loud. Must be 18 years or older to attend. Mat rentals will be available for this class. Be sure to bring a water bottle and face towel.  If you choose to practice with blocks, please ensure to sanitize them after use. Disinfectant spray is provided in the studio room.
