UNLIMITED - Intro Month - Mat Pilates & Yoga - For New Members Only – Attend Unlimited Classes **Client Membership Agreement And Terms and Conditions:** 1. **Intro Month Eligibility and Enforcement:: Any client who has previously held a membership with Yoga Bodies and attends even one class using the Intro Month offer is considered ineligible for the Intro Month promotion. If such a client purchases the Intro Month offer and attends one or more classes, their membership will be immediately terminated, and no refund will be issued for the Intro Month. By purchasing and using the Intro Month under these circumstances, the client acknowledges and accepts this policy. 2. **Class Limitations:** This is an Introductory Month for New Clients Only. The new client has unlimited access to yoga and Pilates mat classes throughout the current payment period. 3. **Schedule and Class Availability:** Yoga Bodies reserves the right to change the schedule on a monthly basis and may remove classes from the schedule at any time without prior notification. A minimum of 24 classes will be offered per week. 4. **Refunds and Exchanges:** No refunds No exchange Non shareable Non negotiable 5. Prenatal Yoga: We do not provide prenatal yoga classes, and our regular classes do not include modifications for pregnant women. **Class Late Cancel or No Show Policy:** 1. **Check-In Requirement:** Clients must check in at the front desk to attend class. Failure to do so will result in being marked as a no-show and incurring a no-show fee. 2. Cancellation Policy: Yoga, Mat Pilates classes: Clients are required to cancel their class at least 61 minute before the scheduled start time to avoid $15 plus tax late cancel/no show fee. Please note, we have a strict cancellation policy and that NO EXCEPTION will be made even if there in case of injury, illness or emergencies, and phone cancellations are not accepted. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for our entire community. If you do not agree then please do not make a purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
