DIVE DEEP! Come and take a journey into the depths of your soul! Our adventure begins with meeting yourself inside of healing Restorative Postures, culminating into a guided Yoga Nidra class accompanied by Crystal Bowl magic frequencies! We will close out of practice with intentional chanting (kirtan) which Marla or Meenakshi and Ron have been leading since 2001 with their Band “Swaha”. For all levels!
