Her journey inspired her to dive deep into understanding the unique needs of women during this phase of life. With a background in supporting women through small, manageable lifestyle changes, Diana brings empathy and evidence-based knowledge to her coaching. She is passionate about creating a supportive space where women feel seen, understood, and empowered throughout their menopause journey.
