The class begins with five minutes of pranayama (breathwork) to center the mind and body, followed by a five-minute concentration meditation to enhance focus and inner awareness. A forty-minute yoga flow will gently stretch, strengthen, and align the body. The session concludes with a five-minute guided meditation to deepen relaxation and a five-minute silent Savasana to fully absorb the practice.
