Mark is a phenomenal yogi from Barbados. He's been practicing Yoga "from creation", as he likes to say. He's been teaching Ashtanga Yoga for over 10 years in Barbados, Vancouver and Montreal. He doesn't just teach yoga, he embodies yoga in everything that he does. His strength, motivation and wisdom are priceless. He will get you strong on the mat, but he will also teach you to remain centered and balanced off the mat.
