This Hatha class is an opportunity to connect breath and movement at a gentle pace.  Move slowly through a series of fluid postures, sun salutations and standing/seated postures with an emphasis on alignment while releasing tension from the body.  Explore your edge, build strength and flexibility and create a revitalizing experience preparing you for the rest of your day!  Suitable for all levels of practice and great for beginners.
