This is a heat building class that consists of similar postures and sequencing each class. We spend more time in each posture so practitioners can become familiar with and deepen their alignments. This class has a particular focus on standing postures, balancing postures, spinal, & joint mobility. This class encourages us to build strength and flexibility from our feet up, to support our most common movement patterns. We learn to still the mind in order to balance the body in this practice. We recommend pairing this heat building class with a cooling yin or restorative practice to follow.
