A space to explore connection with your body and babe through nourishing movement and community. Each week will focus on a specific space of the body, while offering you an opportunity to reconnect to your breath, pelvic floor, and deep connective tissues while creating a safe and playful experience for you to move and connect with your baby. Please bring anything and everything you require to create comfort for you and your baby.
