This Hatha based class combines traditional Hatha Yoga postures with functional movement to strengthen and open the body in different ways, targeting common areas of muscle weaknesses and tension. Ideal for those wishing to build strength and endurance while also working on flexibility and mobility. This is a slower moving class featuring longer stamina-testing, isometric hold times which will help to improve flexibility while still working on your strength endurance, body control and cardiovascular function. Prepare to be challenged while focusing on the breath. Modifications offered for less intense and more advanced pose options.
