About the Event

C E L L O F I N I T Y is a 90-minute uninterrupted sonic light journey of the cello's resonance - an invitation to surrender into sound, silence, and self with international cellist Tara-Lee Byrne. Attendees lie down for the entire offering, cocooned in blankets, supported by yoga mats, bolsters, and pillows. Chairs can, of course, be available for those who may need them. Bathe your being in the soothing and transformative frequencies of the cello as we travel together in a full-body exploration, leading us into a profoundly restful meditative space. You are invited to wear warm, loose, comfortable clothing, socks, an eye mask and whatever else you may require to fully support your body. We open the doors 30 minutes before the sonic weaving begins, so everyone can gently arrive, settle, and drop into a shared field of stillness and silence. At the end, we allow a further 30 minutes for soft reintegration, so the journey can be completed with spaciousness and grace. Tara-Lee Byrne - Biography Tara-Lee Byrne is a sonic cartographer, cellist, and composer, whose work bridges the realms of classical mastery and intuitive sonic exploration. Special Instructions

Tara-Lee looks forward to co-creating C E L L O F I N I T Y with you on Sunday, 23rd November at 2pm. We open the doors at 2pm To allow yourself time to gently arrive and fully settle, we warmly encourage you to be positioned and resting by 2:15pm. This gives space to descend gradually into stillness and silence before we begin. The sonic weaving begins at 2:30pm and concludes at 4pm
What to Bring The entire 90-minute experience is designed for you to be lying down, cradled by the resonance of sound and the wooden floor beneath. As this is your first time joining a C E L L O F I N I T Y sonic immersion, please know that your comfort is our greatest priority. You are invited to bring: Loose, warm, comfortable layers and socks An eye mask, if that feels nourishing Anything else that supports your body to rest deeply and receive
After the Experience Following the final note, there will be an unhurried space to rest in silence and integrate what has been received. Tara-Lee will remain seated with her cello, gently holding the shared field for another 15–20 minutes. There is no rush to move even if those around you begin to stir. This is your time. Take it in your rhythm. For those who feel called to connect afterwards, Tara-Lee would be honoured to speak with you. For others, silence may feel most aligned, and that is equally welcomed and respected. There will be an opportunity for you to write and share reflections, sensations, and what moved through your system afterwards. These offerings are deeply appreciated. Your feedback continues to guide and shape the evolution of this work. In Gratitude, Tara-Lee & Yoga Quarter
