I was introduced to yoga in 2013 on my first visit to India and ever since then it has become an integral part of my life. It has helped me with stress, anxiety, heartache, my self-esteem and confidence.I love that there are so many aspects to yoga, from simply becoming more aware of your breath and gentle movement to the more challenging asanas, meditation and pranayama.Yoga is so personal to everyone and when we practice together it changes the whole dynamic to something even more special (online or in person!) As a teacher I want everyone to feel like they can do yoga and start their journey at any point in their life.My classes are for everyone to enjoy, whether it be a complete beginner or an experienced yogi. I want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable when they step onto their mat. My classes are playful, energetic and uplifting with a focus on compassion and self love.I completed my 200 hour YTT in Rishikesh, Northern India in Swami Vivekanda Yoga School in 2018. I am currently enrolled in Yoga works Teacher Training which begins in July. I can’t wait to immerse myself in this training and continue my journey of deepening my practice and teaching.Fun Fact – I recently started learning Irish (and if I keep telling people about it, it will hopefully encourage me to keep it up even though it is SO HARD!)
