I started doing yoga when I was 18 as another form of working out, I wanted something challenging that would also maintain the flexibility I had at the time. I dabbled in Ashtanga, Bikram and Power Yoga before finding Vinyasa Flow and discovering how yoga can heal both the physical and emotional parts of your life.In 2017 I completed my initial 200hr Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher training with Flow Studio Belfast.In 2018 I completed my 30hr yin yoga training with Grace Tempany.In 2019 I completed a 100hr Advanced YTT with Flow Studio in the ‘Art of Stillness’ (lunar vinyasa flow, yin, restorative and meditation).I have also completedsome online training with Hala Khouri in trauma informed yoga.I am currently doing an online training with Warriors at Ease which is aimed at helping military, veterans and emergency services personnel.When I’m not teaching I am obsessed with my two crazy dogs, plants and swimming in the sea.
