Our Iyengar Yoga Intermediate class is designed for dedicated practitioners looking to elevate their practice by focusing on progression and attention to intricate details. Who Should Attend: This class is exclusively tailored for practitioners with at least 6 months of dedicated Iyengar yoga practice. If you have a solid foundation in Iyengar yoga or have received a recommendation from your teacher, you are welcome to join us. New to Intermediate Iyengar? Here’s Your Guide: 4 Week Cycle: If you are new to this class, we recommend joining at the start of the four-week cycle, contact us for more info if needed. Prerequisite Experience: To ensure a good learning experience, attendees should have at least 6 months of consistent practice in the Iyengar style or have received a recommendation from their yoga teacher.
