About the Class

This Saturday Special invites you into a gentle Yoga Flow practice that balances movement and stillness, encouraging you to move with greater ease, awareness and trust in your body. Blending elements of Vinyasa and Hatha, the class will move with the breath through sequences that are sometimes flowing, sometimes slow and steady. Together we’ll explore postures with curiosity and care, taking time to build stability, strength and softness before gradually linking shapes into a mindful flow. Designed to help you tune into how your body feels today, this practice offers space to slow down, reconnect and cultivate a sense of calm that extends beyond the mat. This class forms part of our Graduate Saturday Special Series, celebrating teachers from Barefoot Body Training. These monthly classes offer a chance to experience fresh teaching voices, support emerging teachers and explore practices that bring creativity, curiosity and care into the studio. Saturday Specials are included in memberships and class passes, and are also available on a pay-as-you-go basis. All are welcome.
