About the Class

Vinyasa flow yoga is a full-body workout harnessing the mind, body and spirit. The ‘flow’ is created through a sequence of positions known as ’asanas’ in time with the breath. The sequences focus on building both strength and flexibility to promote bone, joint and muscle health.   You will receive a zoom link via email for the class 15 minutes before it starts.
